Knock Out

The punching bag is my all time favorite exercise tool and equipment. It doesn't matter whether it's a heavy bag or a speedball. When I was a little girl, I used to watch movie previews of Rocky along with physical fitness programs featuring people working out on punching bags and boy did my obsession with punching bags grew.

My first sighting of an actual punching bag was over at a garage sale and there was a speedbag that caught my eye. So after a little hesitation, I tried it, but only for a second before mom stopped me from going further; the speedbag wasn't mine, so.

Then, I tried to use a balloon as a punching bag but it kept falling down from the ceiling in my bedroom, so I gave up the balloon after several tries to keep it up there.

Years past since then, I'm now 34 years old and looking forward to move out into the big world and find a home where I can set up a private gym where every part of it will be filled with nothing but punching bags all over the room from speedballs and double ends to heavy bags and floor bags. I can't wait!
